Absolutely! Your photo will be returned with you order, however it is not recommended to send an irreplaceable photograph, as packages can get lost in transit. Please send a duplicate of a treasured "one of a kind" image instead.

Preferably a jpeg format, 300dpi resolution and RGB mode, if it is a digital photo a file size above 2 meg is best, however if you are not sure, you can upload the file and we will contact you if we have a problem.

Our goal is to ship your order to you with in a week of order placement. Times may vary, due to volume of orders.

1. Send us the photo(s) or artwork via mail or email.
2. We will process your order and begin the project.
3. Before the final printing we will email you the proof, for approval.
4. If you order modifications, we will modify your artwork according to what you order or agreed upon special request. We can repeat the modification process until you are satisfied with the artwork.
5. Once you approve the artwork, we will begin printing.
6. Your order will be shipped in a well-protected package. We will include your original photo or artwork.
