Betty Musial

Artist Bio

Two years ago, after a 25 year career as the Clerk Treasurer for the town of La Plata, Betty Musial retired and rediscovered her passion for art. She has studied under such teachers as Betty Carney, William Moses, Connie Miller, Gerry Wood, and Linda Griffin. Experienced in a variety of media, Betty has most recently concentrated her efforts on watercolors, which she finds to be extremely challenging. "You either get it right or you have to throw it out!" she says.

Betty finds that time just flies while she is busy creating. She never tires of seeing a blank piece of paper transform into something unique and beautiful.
